The design process was a playful puzzle. We refined Emma’s sketch into a 3D concept, focusing on details: the figure’s round belly, its expressive eyebrows, and a tiny plant companion. PVC was chosen for its durability and smooth finish, allowing us to capture fine textures—from the glossy mug to the fig’s fuzzy leaves. Prototypes went through five iterations, adjusting everything from the figure’s stance to the packaging design.
The final PVC toy figurine became more than we imagined: a collectible art toy that’s both a desk decoration and a conversation starter. Kids adore its goofy charm, while collectors appreciate its limited-edition packaging.
