Immediately, an idea sparked: why not craft it into a toy figurine using high-toughness miniature resin? This approach would authentically capture the lively expressions and fluffy fur of a cartoon monkey, while also creating a compact decoration to add charm to desks or shelves.

Bringing the idea to life came with a series of challenges: How could we maintain the natural thinness and translucency of the monkey’s ears in the miniature resin figurines? How could we achieve a fluffy texture without making it look messy? Our designers delved into resin formula manuals and tested three varieties of miniature resin with different viscosities. Ultimately, we selected a high-toughness variant with micro-bead filler—an ideal medium that precisely captures every detail of the monkey while ensuring durability despite its small size. The printing process resembled "microscopic carving": 0.2-millimeter-thick ear tips, highlights in the pupils, and even the fingerprint-like texture on the paw pads had to match the hand-drawn sketches exactly. We even developed two base anti-slip texture options to accommodate wooden or glass surfaces, ensuring the toy figurine stays stable whether on a desk or a shelf.
