If I customize a figure with Demeng, will Demeng sell my figure?
Demeng will not sell any custom figures unless authorized by you. Additionally, apart from producing the ordered quantity, Demeng will not manufacture any extra units.

What if the custom figure arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged custom figure from Demeng, please contact us directly with photos of the damaged product. We will produce a replacement batch free of charge based on the damaged quantity. You may also file a complaint with the logistics provider for compensation.

How is the safety of custom toy figure materials ensured?
Demeng uses Polyvinyl Chloride and epoxy resin materials, which are environmentally friendly and recyclable. All custom toys comply with regulations such as EN 71, ASTM F963, and CPSIA.

When a factory customizes a figure based on my design, who owns the IP rights?
For all figures customized by Demeng, the copyright is retained by the designer or copyright holder.

How much does it generally cost to customize a toy figure?
The cost of customizing a toy figure depends on various factors such as size, number of colors, product structure, etc. Generally, the cost for a 10cm tall figure ranges from $300 to $500 USD. The customization time is approximately 7–15 working days, with the fastest option being 3–5 working days.

How long does it usually take from placing a bulk order to receiving the customized figures?
After placing a bulk order, Demeng needs to analyze the mold-making plan for the figure, then disassemble the 3D model (3–5 working days), make the mold (20–25 working days), produce pre-production samples (5–7 working days), manufacture plastic parts (3–5 working days), polish (1–2 working days), apply colors (1–2 working days), assemble (5–7 working days), pack (3–5 working days), conduct quality inspection (1–2 working days), and arrange shipping (Express: 3–5 working days; Air freight: 5–7 working days; Sea freight: 25–35 working days). The entire process takes approximately 60–120 days.

How many times can the custom figure sample be modified?
If you are not satisfied with the custom figure, Demeng will make free modifications until you are happy with the final product, provided you have supplied all coloring materials.

Demeng uses different materials depending on the figure design. Materials include PVC, resin, ABS, fiberglass, etc. All materials are environmentally friendly, recyclable, or degradable.

Yes, you can customize any anime or movie character, but you need to obtain authorization from the copyright holder.
