We cast four common bands: 2-4 cm micro (blind-box, gacha, diorama fillers), 4-8 cm pocket (keychain, capsule, party favor), 8-12 cm desk (most popular for retail single-animal figures), and 12-18 cm shelf (display centerpiece, polystone alternative). Scale drives the mold cost, the level of detail you can hold, and the unit price. A 1:24 or 1:32 scale model set is a different brief from a decorative 10 cm figurine, so tell us whether accuracy or charm matters more.

We start from your reference photos or a sketch and have the master sculptor build a ZBrush model with correct proportions, leg joint angles, tail curve and head-to-body ratio for the species. At miniature size, two engineering decisions matter most: which details survive at scale (eyes, muzzle, paw pads, ear shape, fur direction) and which have to be simplified so the part doesn't clog the mold. Lower legs and tails are thickened slightly below the visual minimum to prevent breakage. A painted sample confirms the final look.

Three techniques stack. Sculpted fur direction is built into the 3D model as raised and lowered channels so light catches the grain. Hand-painting adds fur strokes with dry-brush and stipple work, plus airbrush gradients for belly, chest and muzzle shading. Spray-mask handles sharp markings like zebra stripes, tiger bars, leopard rosettes and spotted coats. For a genuine fur hand-feel we offer flocking — a velvet fibre applied to the vinyl surface — which is the closest a non-plush animal figurine gets to real coat texture.

We have produced farm animals (cattle, sheep, horses, pigs, goats, chickens), pets (dogs by breed, cats, rabbits, hamsters), wildlife (lions, tigers, elephants, giraffes, pandas, foxes, wolves, deer, bears), marine and aquatic species, birds, reptiles, dinosaurs and prehistoric animals, fantasy and mythical creatures, and stylized mascot animals. If you need a specific breed, send photos — breed-specific proportions like leg length, ear set and coat pattern are part of the sculpt brief.

Yes — assortment programs are one of our most common requests for zoo, museum and educational buyers. A typical set is 6, 8 or 12 species sharing a scale and a finishing ladder, packed in a display tray, blister set or collector box. Each species needs its own mold, so the tooling investment scales with the number of animals, but paint and packaging setup are shared. We quote per-species tooling plus a blended unit price for the set.
