PVC materials are categorized into two types: rigid PVC and flexible PVC. Rigid PVC accounts for approximately two-thirds of the market, while flexible PVC represents the remaining one-third.

Rigid PVC products do not contain plasticizers, making them durable, easy to mold, non-brittle, and free from toxins or pollutants. Its applications are extensive, with the construction industry consuming the largest share at 60%, followed by packaging, toys, and other smaller sectors.

Flexible PVC contains plasticizers, making it prone to brittleness and less durable. Consequently, its usage is more limited, commonly applied in flooring, ceiling materials, and the surface layers of leather products.
