While scrolling through social media, we noticed pet influencers always using "cool cat" filters for their pets—adding sunglasses, ripped socks, and metal accessories, transforming their adorable cats into street-style icons. That sparked an idea: why not create a "contrast-cute" cartoon animal toy? One that retains a cat’s natural lazy charm while incorporating trendy elements, making it both a playful PVC Figure Toy and an eye-catching Crafts Decoration for desks.

Once the concept was set, challenges emerged: nailing the PVC material’s hardness was tricky—too rigid and it’d lose a cat’s soft, squishy feel; too soft and it couldn’t support accessories like sunglasses. Too many details tended to blur in the mold. We spent two weeks collaborating intensely with mold-making experts: adding 0.2mm thickness to the sunglass arms to prevent breakage while keeping their slightly drooped curve; crafting paw pads with dual-layer injection—soft white rubber underneath for a realistic fleshy feel, and a textured surface on top to mimic detailed paw pad patterns; even giving the "×××" lens graffiti a gradient effect, fading from dark gray to shiny silver, making it look like the cat secretly stole a pair of cool shades. To enhance its "photogenic" quality, we applied a matte UV coating to the surface, creating a velvety touch like petting a real cat while resisting fingerprints.
