Our automated spray lines deliver a daily throughput of 200–500 finished pieces per line, with a first-pass inspection yield above 95%. Featuring stable high-volume output and flexible color tuning, it serves as the universal standard coloring process for standardized assembly-line mass toy orders.

Multiple different textures can also be combined on a single toy through segmented masking spraying.

Will the sprayed coating peel, fade or scratch easily on finished toys?
We adopt toy-grade eco-friendly spray paint with powerful surface adhesion. After full curing and protective topcoat sealing, the paint layer delivers outstanding abrasion resistance, anti-fading and scratch-proof performance. For daily play toys, the coating remains intact through long-term squeezing and rubbing. If enhanced wear resistance is required, we apply an extra thick anti-scratch clear protective top coat.

Can spray painting be combined with other coloring processes to add intricate toy details?
Absolutely. Spray painting is mainly used for large-area uniform base color coverage. We pair it with pad printing, UV printing, hand painting and water transfer printing: spray coating lays a consistent base tone, while secondary fine printing techniques add tiny logos, subtle facial gradients, complex graphics and delicate decorative details to create richer depth and visual layering on art toys.

Is the spray paint you use safe for children’s toys?
All spray paints we utilize comply with global toy safety standards including ASTM F963 and EN71. The paints are non-toxic, odor-free, lead-free and heavy-metal free.
