One team member joked, "Wouldn't it be great if we could carry a soft and cuddly little animal in our pockets, something that feels like a cloud when touched?" This gave birth to the idea of "turning cartoon animals into portable custom keychains" — designing plush toy doll keychains.

First, we identified the animals that people would most want to hold in their palms — round-faced pandas, lop-eared rabbits, and short-legged corgis became the initial design prototypes. The fabric testing took three weeks: ordinary plush was too thin and prone to pilling, while thicker versions felt overly bulky.
