Our team noticed that most keychains and bag charms were rather ordinary, lacking that "wow" factor of fun. As a universally adored symbol of sweetness, cakes inherently carry a sense of comfort and joy. What if we could transform a cake into an ultra-soft plush accessory that could be hung on keys or bags—serving both as decoration and a mood-booster? Thus, the "cute and fun" plush keychain was born: designed to capture the essence of a real cake while retaining the cozy tactile feel of plush toys, turning an everyday item into a "charming little dessert."

During the design phase, our team focused exclusively on crafting the perfect plush keychain. We sketched dozens of concepts: some with overly many layers that appeared bulky, others with decorations so intricate they lost the plush toy’s soft charm. It wasn’t until the fifth version—a classic three-tiered cake design topped with two small strawberries and a heart—that we struck the perfect balance. It retained the layered realism of a real cake while adding a playful, childlike appeal. For our plush keychains, we selected baby-grade short plush cotton with firmly and evenly stuffed filling to ensure it wouldn’t sag or deform when hung. The most meticulous details? The cream layers were embroidered with a "fluffy" texture, strawberries were sewn from three-dimensional fabric, and even the "candles" were detachable plush pom-poms, adding interactive fun. The metal ring was reinforced with thick stainless steel to keep these plush keychains securely attached to keys or bags—no risk of your "dessert" falling off.

The plush keychains became an instant hit: Students proudly hung them on their backpacks, with classmates asking, "Where did you get this cake plush keychain? I need to feel its softness!" Office workers clipped them to their keychains, sharing how "touching the fluffy cream layer made even stressful meetings more bearable."
