Standard 14-point articulation: 1 ball joint at the head, 2 ball joints at the shoulders, 2 hinge joints at the elbows, 2 ball or hinge joints at the wrists, 2 ball joints at the hips, 2 hinge joints at the knees, and 2 hinge or rocker joints at the ankles. That gives a figure roughly 14-16 active pose positions (standing, pointing, weapon-hold, sitting, dynamic action). For big-head figures the head joint is the centerpiece — collectors expect 360-degree head rotation for expression changes. We engineer the joint count and range to match the price tier and target user.

MOQ is 100 pieces per design, one of the lowest in the 6 inch segment. The full production cycle runs about 2-3 months: pre-design and sampling (2D, 3D sculpt, 3D-printed sample, painted prototype) takes 5-11 working days, mold making and mass production 35-42 days, and finishing plus packaging plus QC plus delivery 14-22 days. Pad printing is exactly how the big lines get pixel-precise eyes, mouths, logo hits and accessory decals on a 6 inch figure. We run silicone-pad printers in-house for eyes, mouth lines, hairline detail, clothing seams, brand marks, weapon markings and tiny accessories. Pad print sits on top of the base spray coat, so the figure gets the depth of spray color plus the sharpness of pad registration. For gloss accents (eye highlights, lips, sweat drops) we add a clear UV topcoat over the pad print.

Almost anything in the pop-culture sphere: original anime characters, comic book heroes and villains, video game protagonists, mascots, horror icons, pop musicians, sports figures, sci-fi pilots, kaiju stylizations, mythology reinterpretations and brand mascots. We work with fully original designs that you own, and we can also produce licensed IP under your agreement — for licensed work we will need the license paperwork on file before tooling starts. Sculpt complexity scales with the price tier; highly detailed costumes add mold work but 6 inch remains the most cost-friendly articulated scale.

Treat the joints gently — they are designed to hold a pose, not to be wrestled into extreme angles beyond their engineered range. Avoid leaving a figure in a stretched pose for months; the ABS joint can creep and the PVC shell can take a stress mark. Keep figures out of direct sun and hot cars (PVC softens near 60 °C; ABS can warp at higher heat). Clean with a soft slightly damp cloth — no solvents, no alcohol, no acetone. If a joint loosens over years of use, a tiny drop of clear nail polish on the ball and a day of cure usually resets the friction.
