Process Introduction
Commonly called "pellet color" in workshop. Color pigment is mixed into plastic pellets, fabric or wood raw materials before molding. Finished products come with uniform base color directly, eliminating post-spray steps – the most cost-efficient solution for mass solid-color toy production.
✅ Advantages
Zero paint peeling risk, maximum color fastness, fewer production steps, lowest mass manufacturing cost, extremely high yield rate.
❌ Disadvantages
Color cannot be modified after molding; duller surface finish compared to spray paint; slight batch color deviation; surfaces easily show scratches under impact.
Application Scenarios
Solid-color one-piece molded toys, mass standardized production without complex decorative patterns.
Compatible Materials
ABS, PVC, Vinyl, Plush fabric. Resin & wood cannot be pre-colored in raw pellets.
