Process Introduction
Static flocking technology attaches fine colored fiber onto toy surfaces to create soft fuzzy tactile texture, widely used for animal simulation & premium infant soothing toys. Short/long fiber options available.
✅ Advantages
Soft velvety touch, matte premium appearance, lifelike animal fur effect, flexible for full or partial surface flocking.
❌ Disadvantages
Fibers shed & fade under frequent washing or sunlight; uneven flocking on sharp edges & narrow gaps; cannot print fine graphics, only solid fuzzy colors.
Application Scenarios
Simulated animal fur, full fuzzy doll bodies, tactile upgrade for toy shells, soft partial decoration for infant toys.
Compatible Materials
ABS, PVC, Resin, Wood. Vinyl & plush fabrics are incompatible.
